Meet the team

Our team culture fosters empowerment and financial independence for the deaf community in Uganda through vocational training. Collaboration, support, and respect are key, to creating an inclusive environment where everyone's voice is heard. Together, we strive for a more inclusive society.

Vanessa Nakitende
